Our Story: Why Did We Start Coloring Bunny?
Inspired by the comfort of traditional cozy coloring, we set out to recreate that same calming, hands-on experience in a free, intuitive digital format.
The website was founded in May 2025 with the goal of creating a feature-packed, browser-based coloring tool that is accessible to everyone – no sign-ups, no hassle, just effortless creativity with autosave built in. Over time, our online coloring tool has received many updates. We continue to release new improvements based on our users’ feedback.
The coloring tool was created for artists who want instant coloring, smoother precision, greater control, and a truly enjoyable creative experience. With fresh, hand-drawn designs added regularly – including our popular cozy and mandala pages – we love seeing each creation come to life.
Since our launch, our team has expanded and so has our mission. We’ve grown from offering only a digital tool to now providing a wide collection of printable coloring pages, many of which are also available within the online tool.
Our Illustration Process
Some of our coloring pages begin as hand-drawn paper designs. Turning them into digital versions takes many steps, but here are a few key stages in creating one of our cozy summer pages, shared by our illustrator, Bellemere.

The Coloring Bunny Team is made up of website designers, illustrators, editors, and educators (coming soon). Together, we strive to design pixel-perfect coloring pages for both print and online coloring. Quality is always our top priority, and our team is dedicated to sharing coloring pages that are family-friendly, original, and accessible to everyone.
Bellamere – Illustrator
Hi, I’m Bellamere! I’ve been drawing since I was a kid, and over the years it has grown from a simple hobby into a true passion. I love creating art in many forms – coloring pages, digital art, anime drawings, colored pencil drawings, stylized designs, paintings, and pixel art. For me, art isn’t just something I do, it’s a part of who I am. I am also active on various subreddit communities like r/coloringcozy and r/coloringpages. Website Designers
Our website designers ensure the site functions smoothly for all visitors, making it easy to access our printable pages and our popular online coloring tool. They also publish helpful resources like our tool user guide, how to print coloring pages, and website FAQ.
Illustrators
Our illustrators create and refine every coloring page with care, ensuring each design feels unique and engaging across both our printable collection and online coloring experience. All of the ideas you see on the site come from our creative team.
Editors
Our editors carefully check all coloring pages and our website content to make sure it follows our Editorial Guidelines and remains accessible for everyone. Alongside their main roles, our designers, illustrators, and educators also help review and edit our content.
Educators
Our educators review all educational coloring pages and guides, making sure every resource is accurate, age-appropriate, and genuinely helpful for learning and creativity. They draw on their teaching experience to design activities that support both classroom use and at-home learning.
